Wash the dried sprats well.

Season with pepper and lime juice. Deep fry till crisp and drain on kitchen paper.

In a separate bowl mix the mustard cream, vinegar, pepper, sugar and MAGGI Rasamusu.

Stir in the vegetables and the fried sprats.

Add salt to taste.
