Season the chopped prawns with 1/2 MAGGI Jumbo Chicken Cube and egg white. Coat the prawns well with corn flour.
Heat oil in a wok. Add prawns and vegetables to the wok and stir fry for a few minutes.
While stir frying the prawns and vegetables, add onions and garlic. Stir well.
Push the prawns and vegetable mixture, out to the side of the wok, and break the eggs into the center, then stir to break up the yolk and cook over a medium heat until the egg is lightly scrambled.
Add everything except the rice and spring onion leaves. Stir well on medium heat.
Add the rice and spring onion leaves. Stir well add salt to taste. Serve warm.
