Pour 3 tbsp of oil onto a pan with high heat and sauté the garlic and onion.

2nd Step of 6
Add 75g of sliced cherry tomato, lemon zest, 150g of spinach to this.

3rd Step of 6
Season with 1 tsp of salt and pepper.

4th Step of 6
Add 350g of cooked rice and mix it well.

5th Step of 6
Season with 1 Maggi vegetable seasoning cube and add 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

6th Step of 6
Continue mixing and garnish as desired to enjoy!
