Place a pan on a high heat stove and pour 2 tbsp of oil

Add 100g diced cuttlefish/fish, 100g prawns and allow to fry

Whilst frying, mix in 1 tsp pepper and 2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tsp chopped garlic and 20g diced onion

Add 2nos eggs on one side of the pan and scramble it with the rest of the meat

Mix in 50g diced carrot and 500g of rice
6th Step of 8
Season with 1 Maggi Chicken Seasoning Cube and mix
7th Step of 8
Top up with 20g of shredded leeks and mix
8th Step of 8
Serve while warm and Enjoy!
