Brinjal with Eggs

1st Step of 10: Oil
Place a pan over a low flame stove and add oil once hot.
2nd Step of 10: Cinnamon, Curry Leaves, Garlic, Ginger, Mustard seed
Add in mustard seed, chopped ginger, garlic, Curry leaves and a Cinnamon stick.
3rd Step of 10: Green chilis, Tomato, Onion
Add the diced Onions and tomatoes and green chillies and then mix.
4th Step of 10: Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric, Chili powder
Add Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder and cumin powder and mix well.
5th Step of 10: Brinjal
Add salt and then mix in the diced brinjal
6th Step of 10: Water
Pour water and close the lid allowing to simmer.
7th Step of 10: MAGGI Rasa Musu
When it is cooked add the Maggi Rasamusu pack and mix.
8th Step of 10: Eggs
Finally, break an egg into the pan.

One by one, add all the eggs in to the pan.

Close the lid till the eggs are cooked. Garnish it with parsley leaves and serve!
