Wash and strain rice. Place in a pot. Add water, cloves and salt to taste. Cook until rice is tender.

Add MAGGI Coconut Milk & stir.

Reduce heat and cook until rice absorbs the coconut milk.
4th Step of 5
Spread milk rice on to a flat dish using a banana leaf or a spatula and set aside to cool.
5th Step of 5
Cut in to diamonds shaped pieces.
