Soak gram dhal in water for 4 to 5 hours. Strain away the water and grind to make a pulp.

Soak MAGGI noodles in warm water for a few minutes.

Mix together cooked MAGGI noodles and ground dhal.

Add chopped onion, chili, rampe and curry leaves to the mixture.

Add turmeric powder, pepper and MAGGI tastemaker to the mixture.

Finally add grated coconut and salt to the mixture and mix well.

Separate out lumps of the mixture and flatten the lumps mold into wade.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the wade.
