Boil MAGGI NOODLES and keep it aside.
Add oil to the cooking pot. When the oil is heated, add garlic, onions, curry, and pandan leaves. Sauté for a few minutes.
Add chilli powder, curry powder, and pepper and mix well. Then add fish, goraka, cinnamon and water to the mix. Stir well and cook for 3 minutes. Finally, add green chillies and keep it aside
Boil the MAGGI FAMILY PACK NOODLES and keep it aside.
Add oil to a pan. Add ginger, garlic and onions and sauté for a few minutes. Then add salt, pepper and boiled noodles to the mix and mix well.
Add carrots and leeks to the mix. Mix well.
Add noodles and ambulthiyal to a bowl and serve warm.
