Chicken Kanji Porridge with Maggi Chicken cubes and Maggi Coconut milk powder

1st Step of 9: Broken wheat, Soaked rice
Boil soaked rice and Broken wheat in 400ml water together.
2nd Step of 9: Oil
Place a deep pot on a high heat stove and add in 2 tbsp of oil
3rd Step of 9: Tomato, Onion, Ginger and garlic paste
Add ginger & garlic paste, onions and tomatoes to this and cook till onions are golden brown.
4th Step of 9: Pepper powder, Cumin powder, Cardamom, Cinnamon, cloves, Turmeric powder
Add all the spices into this and mix.
5th Step of 9: Salt, Chicken
Add the diced chicken and salt to taste

Cook for 5 minutes
7th Step of 9: MAGGI coconut milk powder, Water, Soaked rice
Add the previously cooked rice and broken wheat with 200 ml water and season with 1 Maggi chicken seasoning cube.
8th Step of 9: MAGGI coconut milk powder
Once cooked add 6tbsp (400ml) of Maggi Coconut milk
9th Step of 9: Fried onions (Garnish), Coriander leaves
Finally, garnish with coriander leaves, curry leaves and fried onions.
