Spicy Cheesy MAGGI Bites

  • Noodles Biscuit
  • MAGGI Daiya Cheese Noodles 1
  • Chilli Powder ¼ teaspoon
  • Chopped Spring Onion 25g
  • Cornflour 1 ½ tablespoon
  • A pinch of crushed Pepper
  • Salt to taste
    • Hot Garlic Sauce
  • Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Garlic 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped Ginger ½ tablespoon
  • Celery ½ tablespoon
  • Tomato Sauce 4 tablespoon
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Chilli Paste 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar ½ tablespoon
  • Water 100ml

Noodles Biscuit 

  1. Soak noodles in water, strain and keep aside
  2. Add the tastemaker, Chilli Powder, Pepper, Spring Onions to the Noodle and mix well 
  3. Next, add Cornflour to the mixture and mix well. 
  4. Heat Butter in a pan, add the mixture and flatten it on the pan
  5. Fry  on both sides till golden brown and cut into bite size pieces to serve.

 

Hot Garlic Sauce

  1. Heat Butter in pan 
  2. Add chopped Ginger, Garlic and Celery and sauté for a few seconds  
  3. Next, addTomato Sauce, Chilli Paste, Oyster Sauce, Sugar and Salt to taste and mix well
  4. Finally, add Water and simmer till the Sauce thickens.
