1. Heat the oil and add garlic, ginger, curry leaves, mushroom, salt , chili powder, turmeric
powder, pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

3: Next add one cup thick MAGGI coconut milk , for this add two tablespoons of MAGGI
Coconut Milk Powder to 1 cup of water.
4: Add sliced onions, tomato, green chili, green cucumber and mix well and serve.
